Welcome to RossFit Coaching, where the goal is simple, to educate you on every aspect of fitness so you can take complete control on how your body looks and feels. No fads, no trends, just evidence based protocols that have worked for 1000 plus men and women.
PROGRAM INFORMATION

We’ll have a quick chat to get to know each other and understand where you’re at, the difficulties you’re facing and where you want to be.
A detailed chat about your history of training, history of dieting, what your life looks like - work, children, commitments ect. your goals and potential timeframes.
We’ll design a training program tailored to you and give you access through our app, all movements have instructional videos on how to set up and perform them correctly so you can get started straight away. You’ll receive specific targets and advice on your nutrition plan to support the changes in your body whether it be building muscle and strength, losing fat or a combination of both.
24/7 access to me as your coach. I'll chat with you every week on a phone call to work through any challenges you're facing and catch mistakes early so we can iron out any speed bumps as they arise. You can also message me at any time with questions about training, nutrition, or general advice. For example, you can send me a menu from a restaurant, and I'll help you choose the best options.

Meet CourtNey
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 6 years, and it’s the classic origin story. I worked in corporate for years and played music on the side, but I was partying a lot, and it all caught up with me physically. I realized I needed guidance, so I reached out to a couple of PTs.
I quickly fell in love with training, but when it came to lifestyle advice, they struggled to help. None of them were super social, didn’t drink, and didn’t have big groups of friends they went to events with. The advice was always the same: "Don’t do it" or "Avoid it," and that pissed me off. I thought there must be a healthy middle ground where you can enjoy these things but still make progress, so I decided to take the course myself.
I spent three years building my own business, working closely with clients to understand the individual challenges they face, not just the ones I experienced. During that time, I honed my skills in flexible dieting and program development, and I had a lot of success with my clients. My journey took a turn when I was recruited by one of Australia’s biggest online transformation companies, where I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of people at once. It was during this time that I realized what truly makes a difference and what was lacking: a combination of effective strategies and genuine compassion.
Considerations aren’t excuses, and fitness isn’t just about numbers on a scale or achieving a certain aesthetic—it’s about developing better habits, improving quality of life, and gaining confidence.
This is the approach I take with all my clients: listen, educate, support, and the results always follow.
