Before becoming a coach, I was working a corporate job, partying a lot and not looking after myself, and it all caught up with me. I reached out to PTs, fell in love with training, but the lifestyle advice was always “Don’t do it” or “Avoid it,” and that pissed me off. I knew there had to be a healthy middle ground, so I decided to take the course myself.
I spent three years building my own business, working closely with clients to understand their individual challenges and developing dieting protocols and programming to work around busy and social lives. I had huge success with my clients and was later recruited by one of Australia’s biggest online transformation companies. That’s where I realised what truly makes a difference: effective, evidence-based strategies and genuine compassion.
Considerations aren’t excuses, and fitness isn’t just about numbers on a scale - it’s about better habits, being comfortable in your own skin, and building confidence.
This is the approach I take with all my clients: listen, educate, support, and the results always follow.
